Research on Industrial Process Soft-Sensor

In view of the recent researches on industrial process soft-sensor,the aspects of secondary variable selection,data preprocessing,modeling and calibration are presented and a soft-sensor scheme is given.Main modeling methods of regression analysis,BPN,RBFN and SVM are illustrated.The problems such as data error processing and soft-sensor calibration are raised,and the future developing direction of soft-sensor is outlined.
