Vaginal reflux and enuresis

Two cases are described in which enuresis developed secondary to vaginal filling during micturation. In these girls the frenulum between the labia minora was very close to the urethral orifice and this appeared to force urine into the vagina. It is likely that this disturbance will cease as the labia become more fully developed.
