Pseudomonas aeruginosa has become one of the most important gram-negative pathogen associated with nosocomial infection and has an internal ability to acquire resistance to polyantibiotic.For the past few years,overuse of broad spectrum antibiotics has resulted in emergence of resistant P.aeruginosa.Mechanisms of antimicrobial resistance in pandrug-resistant P.aeruginosa is complex,from the genetic level to introduce various types of antimicrobial drug-related P.aeruginosa bacterial resistance gene and the corresponding current situation in progress are reviewed.
