摘要
Based on the previous research of Evodia rutaecarpa (Juss.) Benth. var. o fficinalis (Dode) Huang, this paper is a further phytochemical study on dried and nearly ripe fruits of Evodia rutaecarpa (Juss.) Benth. and Evodia rutaecarpa (Juss.) Benth. var. bodinieri (Dode) Huang. And forty-five compounds were isolated, including twenty indole quinazoline alkaloids ( 11 ─ 30 ), ten quinolone alkaloids ( 1 ─ 10 ), seven limonins ( 31 ─ 37 ), and four flavonoids ( 39 ─ 42 ), and compounds 5 ─ 7 , 9 , 10 , 13 , 15 ─ 18 , 22 , 24 , 28 ─ 30 , 36 and 37 were obtained from these species for the first time. Meanwhile, compounds 11 , 21 , 31 were identified as the marker component of this medicinal plant, and compounds 2 , 8 , 19 , 21 , 24 , 26 , 27 , 31 and 36 were isolated from Evodia rutaecarpa and E. rutaecarpa var. bodinieri. This may have chemotaxonomic significance within this genus. • 45 compounds were isolated from Evodia rutaecarpa and E. rutaecarpa var. bodinieri. • These compounds were identified by MS, 1 H NMR and 13 C NMR. • E. rutaecarpa varieties were analyzed by UPLC-Q-TOF-MS. • Evodiamine, rutaecarpine and limonin are the main compounds in E. rutaecarpa.
