Development of a unit for surface hardening of sucker rods

A multi-position unit for heat treatment of sucker rods is presented. The main structural elements are described: a fixed portal on which capacitor banks are installed, transformers with a fixed closed inductor, as well as a movable platform moving along rails, on which six spindle heads are installed on both sides with rod fastening mechanisms (in the form of a threaded nozzle) and spindle rotation mechanism.
