Sedimentogenesis and placer formation

More than fifty scientific papers on placer geology and position of placers in the system of sedimentogenesis have been published in the journal Litologiya i poleznye iskopaemye (Lithology and Mineral Resources) (hereafter, LMR) over 45 years of its existence. The main problems discussed in these publications highlight the evolution of knowledge on placer geology and position of placers in the Earth’s sedimentary shell.
