Objective:To study the clinicopathological features and immunophenotypes of renal angiomyolipoma (AML).Methods:In order to observe the clinicopathological features and immunophenotypes,20 Cases of renal angiomyolipoma were studied by immunohistochemical staining for monoclonal antibodies including HMB45,SMA,Actin,S-100 protein,CD34,FⅧRAg and CK.Results:Renal angiomyolipoma mainly consists of abnormal Vascular, smooth muscle cells and mature fat cells.Immunohistochemically, the tumor cells were positive for HMB45,SMA and Actin. Conclusions:The pathological features of the renal angiomyolipoma are variant. The proportion and distribution of the three main component part in renal angiomyolipoma are varied from each other. Its immunophenotype is helpful in diagnosis.
