A Research on Legal Issues of Corporate Bonds

Corporate bonds are of significance to national economy, however, many a problem exists in issance of cororate bonds and legal systems of transaction management in China at present, which does no good to the development of corporate bond market. Therefore, in reforming of legal system of corporate bond, its necessary to encourage and normalize the value orientation of market development, aiming at normalizing of issuance of issuers and protecting of the interests of investors, and to specify the role and legal liability of intermediaries.
