Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is a common malignant tumor, but its pathogenesis is still not fully understood. Currently, accumulating evidence indicates that Janus kinase-Signal transducer and activator of transcription (JAK-STAT) signal pathway is involved in the pathogenesis, progression, metastasis and prognosis of NSCLC. Thus, revealing the molecular mechanisms and gene expression regulation of this pathway is important. Here is to make a review of the recent research of JAK-STAT signal pathway in NSCLC.
