摘要
Electrical properties of a newly synthesized K + ion conducting solid polymer electrolytes (SPEs): (1-x)PEO: xKCl, where 0 ≤ x ≤ 50 in wt%., are reported. Electrical properties of newly synthesized SPEs have been investigated with the help of ionic conductivity (σ), ionic mobility (µ), mobile ion concentration (n), ionic transference number (t ion ) and ionic drift velocity (v d ) studies at room temperature and above. Polymer-salt complexation has been carried out with the help of scanning electron micrograph (SEM) and thermo-gravimetric analysis (TGA). The overall increase in ionic conductivity of the current SPE is due to the increase in both µ and n.
