Combined satellite communications systems

The article describes the possibility of decreasing the load on geostationary orbits through the creation of combined satellite telephone communications systems using space vehicles located both on geostationary and low Earth orbits. Estimations of the capacity of the systems and the gain such systems will provide are made.
