摘要
Abstract Diethylaminoethyl (DEAE) - Dextran (Dx) enhanced the intensity of bioluminescence from firefly luciferase-luciferin reaction with adenosine-5′-triphosphate (ATP). The detection limit for ATP was 5 × 10−12 M in the presence of DEAE-Dx, and was improved a factor of three times compared to that in the absence of DEAE-Dx.
