The Study on EQ491 Pearlite Ductile Cast Iron Pitman

The conditions to get pearlite ductile cast iron were analyzed.Chemical composition of Si,Mn,Cu element was given out by means of experiments,and the carbon content was also confirmed by studying the influence of CE on ductile cast iron structure and mechanical properties.The productive tests showed that it was possible to make pitmans using pearlite ductile cast iron as cast instead of malleable cast iron.
