Standard training of nurses with PDCA

To achieve the aim of improving comprehensive level of nurses, a method of PDCA was used in standard training of 218 junior nurses. Through the four stages of plan, do, check and act, an effective, standard and scientific training of junior nurses were achieved progressively.
