Research Progress in CIGS Thin-film Solar Cells

At present,more and more researchers are engaged in research work of thin film solar cells due to its low cost.CIGS thin film as one type of photovoltaic materials has the advantages in photoelectric transformation of high efficiency and stable performance,etc.Therefore,CIGS thin film solar cells research are becoming prevailing in many countries.This paper mainly introduces the recent research progress of CIGS thin-film cells.
