Application of Project Portfolio Management in Electric Power Technical Innovation Project Evaluation

With the scale unceasing expansion of Inner Mongolia Power Company, the technical renovation projects investment have also increased year by year, coming up with higher request to the project construction and management level. Aiming at common problems existing in the technical renovation project management, this paper introduces project reserve management mode, gives a more in-depth discussion on the project lifecycle management, especially the project reserve and evaluation management. With the information function and process design in PPM(Project Portfolio Management, PPM), a more comprehensive evaluation index system is established. It can accelerate the progress of the evaluation with its unified scoring and normative procedure.
