摘要
Two previously undescribed plant sterols, namely anemhupehins D (1) and E (2), and one undescribed chromone derivative, namely anemhupehin F (3), have been isolated from the aerial parts of Anemone hupehensis. Their structures were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic data analyses and computational methods. All compounds were investigated for their anti-inflammatory and antibacterial activities. Compounds 1 and 2 showed inhibitory activity against NO production with IC50 values of 4.4 and 16.2 μM, respectively. All compounds had no antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa at the concentration of 128 μg/mL.
