Active research of new β titanium alloy compositions is underway. At the same time, new ways of alloy preparation by powder metallurgy methods are being investigated. In this work Ti-35Nb-XSn alloy (X = 0, 4, 6 wt%) were obtained via electrical resistance sintering (ERS) at current intensities of 11 and 12 kA respectively. The influence of alloying element content and process conditions on the alloys structure and properties in the context of biomedical application were investigated.
