Baťova soustava řízení ve světle katolické sociální nauky

The Bachelor's thesis deals with the Bata management system and the catholic social stu-dy. It determines its identical and diverse features. The theoretical part introduces the basic pillars of both studies. The aim of the practical part of the Bachelor's thesis is a comparison of the Bata system and the social study. The practical part contains also a questionnaire, which concentrates on present entrepreneurs and their possible implementation of the principles of one of the studies. The goal of the Bachelor's thesis was to investigate if there is any connection and compliance between the Bata management system and the catholic social study.
