摘要
Metal sulfide (CuS, CuZnS2, CuCdS2)/ conducting polymer (polyaniline (PA), polypyrrole (PPy)) heterojunctions have been fabricated by polymerization under low pressure of PA and PPy vapors, in the form of a film onto the sulfide surfaces. The optical absorption of the sulfides and of the polymers was measured by diffuse reflectance spectroscopy. The I-V and C-V characteristics of the heterojunctions and an attempt to interpret their shapes are presented.
