摘要
This paper studied a real traffic accident about lateral impact using finite element human model. Firstly, a trace of an accident car is reconstructed using PC-Crash code and the impact velocity was calculated. Using this impact velocity, the dynamic responses of passengers are analyzed with MADYMO code to output the injury parameters of passengers. Then LS-DYNA code was used to simulate the impact between the head of the driver and left shoulder of the passenger. The comparison between the injuries from the simulation and the real human injuries in the accident was made in the end. The results showed that the injuries of far side occupant may be caused by the collision with the near side occupant. The advice that protection devices can be added between frontal occupants was proposed.
