摘要
Large-scale ChIP-seq and CUT&RUN/Tag have been widely applied for profiling of chromatin modification or transcription factor binding landscapes in animals and plants. These approaches can be adapted to low-input and/or single-cell scale chromatin profiling, which provides a key turning point to boost the pace of chromatin studies in some essential biological systems with limited cell numbers or special cell types in plants, therefore greatly advancing the frontier of the field.
