This study was based on self-leadership, self-management, sports and major targeting college students, self-esteem, aims to investigate the structural relationship of life satisfaction. Were surveyed using a sampling method significantly university took 400 people from local materials in the final study. Measurement tools to measure the self-leadership, self-management measures, self-esteem scale, college life satisfaction scale was used, analyzed the reliability analysis and confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling. Results in the first, self-leadership is significantly affected for self-management. Second, self-leadership is significantly affected the self-esteem. Third, self leadership was found which does not affect the university satisfied. Fourth, self-management is significantly affected the self-esteem. Fifth, self-management is significantly affected in college life satisfaction. Sixth, self-esteem is significantly affected in college life satisfaction. In addition, self-management and self-esteem in relation to leadership and university life satisfaction showed a medium effect. Taken together, these results physical major college students recognize the importance of self-leadership and increase the intrinsic factors such as self-management and self-esteem that we expect a positive impact on university life satisfaction. In addition, a variety of programs to improve the self-management and self-esteem are developed are considered to be synergistic interacting with self-leadership.
