摘要
Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) quantification in biomedicine is an important indicator for different biological tissues. In this study, we developed a visual detection for H2O2 sensing based on gold nanozyme-silk fibroin (AuNCs-SF) hydrogel hybrid system with good compatibility between silk fibroin hydrogel and BSA-AuNCs. The AuNCs-SF hydrogel exhibited a fast response to H2O2 directly by fluorescence change and showed high sensitivity (limit of detection of 0.072 mM) and well stability. Moreover, the hydrogel possessed high selectivity for H2O2 in FBS solution and excellent biocompatibility to L929 cells (mouse fibroblasts). Therefore, the AuNCs-SF hydrogel hybrid system has a great potential in the fields of clinical diagnosis for visual detection of H2O2.
