At present, China's new energy automobile industry has entered a new stage of independent innovation and high-quality development, and has entered a critical period of "large to strong" transformation. Although China's new energy vehicle technology has developed rapidly and has achieved certain results in this field, its core technology innovation and R&D capabilities are still insufficient, key technologies are controlled by others, and the disconnect between innovative activities and industrial demand has become a major challenge restricting the development of new energy vehicles. Therefore, it is urgent to explore the technology transfer network in this field of China's and analyze its time evolution characteristics. This article constructs a technology transfer network by studying the main technology classifications of the International Patent Classification (IPC) and the relationship between the patent assignor and the assignee, and analyzes and analyzes the time evolution of the network. The results show that the network density of China's new energy vehicle field is increasing year by year, and the scope of technology transfer is gradually shrinking, presenting a "small world" structure. Balanced development between innovative activities and industrial needs.
