Synthesis and photoluminescence of green-emitting Ce 3+ ,Tb 3+ co-doped Al 6 Si 2 O 13 phosphors with high thermal stability for white LEDs

In this article, novel green-emitting Ce 3+ , Tb 3+ co-doped Al 6 Si 2 O 13 phosphors with good thermal stability have been successfully prepared by high-temperature solid-state reaction method.
