Effect of Converter of Matrine and Oxymatrine on Extraction Method of Radix Sophorae Flavescentis

Objective To investigate different methods to extract of Radix Sophorae and transformation between matrine and oxymatrine.Methods RE-HPLC was used for quantitative determination of matrine and oxymatrine in different extraction method of Radix Sophorae Flavescentis and it was evaluated for its effects on extraction process.Results In the selected extraction method,it had a trend that oxymatrine was converted to matrine.Conclusion In the process of extracting,it had effect to transformation between matrine and oxymatrine on extraction method of Radix Sophorae Flavescentis.
