Studies on Manufacturing Technique of Refined Polysaccharide Powder from Ganoderma lucidum

The studies on submerged cultivation and polysaccharide extractive procedure of Ganoderma lucidum were carried out in this project, and the manufacturing technique of refined polysaccharide powder from Ganoderma lucidum were also studied. The immunological function and antitumor activity of the refined polysaccharide powder from Ganoderma lucidum were investigated through animal experiments. The results indicated that the polysaccharide as a stimulant can promote immunological function of the macrophage and Blymphocytes in mice and also can increase medical potency of antitumor medicines.
