Effect of Microelement on The Inductivity and Tissue Differentiation of Pinellia ternata Tissue Culture

To study the effect of Mn,Fe,Zn on the inductivity and tissue differentiation from different explants of Pinellia tissue culture.Leaves,petioles and tubers of Pinellia were cut and cultured on the MS+2,4-D 0.5 mg/L+6-BA 1 mg/L medium with different concentration of Mn,Fe,Zn.The effects were studied by means of 3 factors and 3 levels orthogonal design experiments.The result indicated Mn 5.5 mg/L,Fe 9.5 mg/L and Zn 2.0 mg/L combine were advantageous to the culture of leaves and petioles;Mn 7.5 mg/L,Fe 9.5 mg/L and Zn 1.0 mg/L combine were advantageous to the tubers.
