Variable Capacitance Electrostatic Energy Conversion System

Abstract : Energy conversion is obtained by operation of variable capacitance electrostatic generators, involving contained charge, in paired opposition to one another across the load (or electrical source of power), either directly or indirectly through dielectric material, to provide for conversion of mechanical energy to electrical energy (or electrical energy to mechanical energy).
