Usefulness of clinical evaluation with endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS) in ulcerative colitis

Objective: We performed this study to determine whether endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS) is useful for assessment of the disease activity in ulcerative colitis (UC) patients before and after treatment by comparing with the endoscopic findings and patient's symptoms.
