Investigation and Analysis of Organophosphorous Pesticide Residue in Vegetable Sold in Nanchang City

The systematic investigation on organophosphorous pesticide residue in vegetable samples from markets in Nanchang city was conducted. The results showed that the residues in 21.1% samples were higher than the standard. Therefore, the author analyzed the causes of high organophosphorous pesticide residue in the vegetables.
