Development of human immune adjuvant

Adjuvant is a non-specific immune enhancer which can promote the role of antigen.It is particularly important in vaccine research and application.However,vaccine adjuvant for human is rather less.It is the focus of vaccine research,with rapid progress in this area in recent years.This review provides a summary of applied and several not yet approved for use but promising adjuvants,and highlight of adjuvant research.
