Research progress of PLGA nanoparticle as non-viral gene delivery system

Biodegradable PLGA nanoparticle is a promising nonviral gene delivery systems.In the present review,several respects such as the advantages,the factors affecting cellular internalization and transfection efficiency as well as the limita-tions and measures of this gene delivery system have been summarized.
