Piezoelectric multilayer ceramic (PMC) is made from laminated green tape stacking thin tape. The ceramic tape is one of many methods to fabricate piezoelectric actuator. Generally, sintering green tape presents rather warp and high porosity matter. In this present, the piezoelectric ceramics tape of Pb0.965 K0.03 [Nb0.01(Zr0.53 Ti0.47)0.99]O3 (PKZTN) is fabricated using tape casting method. The uniform green tape 300–400 μm thickness is stacked into PMC. After annealing and burnout of a binder, the alumina plate and various solid loading is applied cover the PMC protecting warp of laminar and multilayer ceramic in sintering process. The physical and piezoelectric response such as densification, Micro Vickers Hardness, and piezoelectric charge coefficient which load weight 0.625 g cm−1 for 3 h sintering shows that suitable load weight and during time of sintering process be able to enhance piezoelectric response for fabricating piezoelectric tape ceramic
