摘要
A novel circuit for realizing an unequal power divider with reconfigurable power dividing ratios is presented. The proposed circuit can be switched between two power dividing ratio modes, expressed as 1:K 1 and 1:K 2 (K 1 , K 2 ≠0). Novel reconfigurable network for matching and phase balance is proposed and the design equations are derived. For verification, a prototype with a high power ratio (7:1) and low power ratio (3:1) working at 1.5GHz was fabricated and measured. The results indicate that the return loss and isolation of the power divider are bigger than 20 dB, while the insertion loss is less than 1.2 dB.
