摘要
Abstract The differences in the configuration and thermal expansion coefficient of solar cell modules result in thermal stress when solar cells undergo high and low-temperature cycles in orbit, which induces the failure of battery module connections. In this paper, finite element modeling and simulation methods are used to study the thermal compatibility design of four different layers of rigid carbon fiber mesh panels: [0/90] 3s , [0/90-45/-45-0/90], [0/90-45-45/-45], and [45/-45] 3s . The results show that the substrate configuration with a larger proportion of 0/90 layers has good thermal adaptability for the interconnect-oriented battery array.
