摘要
Abstract Layered carbonated hydroxyapatite (LCHA) was prepared by hydrothermal method under high concentration of carbonate ions. The crystallinity and chemical structure of synthesized LCHA with novel layer by layer structure was studied by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The biocompatibility and bioactivity of synthesized LCHA were determined by CCK-8 and Live/Dead staining assay. The experimental results show that synthesized LCHA with layer by layer structure has good biocompatibility and can promote cell growth.
