摘要
Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) released from living cells serves as one of the indicators for physical condition and disease diagnosis. However, the real time detection of H2O2 in living cells requires high sensitivity and low detection limit and rapidity. In this study, a new type of nanoenzyme sensor is developed based on electrochemical detection technology to detect the concentration of H2O2 in living cells. The nanoenzyme sensor was assembled and prepared by applying the porous high specific surface area of MOF (ZIF-67) material and the catalytic activity of [email protected] bimetallic nanoflowers with core-shell structure. The results showed that the prepared nanoenzyme sensor based on [email protected] nanoflowers supported by MOF material presented a good linear relationship in the range of 0.8 μM–3 mM H2O2, the correlation coefficient was 0.9936, and the detection limit was 86 nM. The sensor was proven to detect the content of H2O2 in the blood with ultra-sensitivity, rapidity, stability and reproducibility compared with the titration method, which has good application prospects in biomedical monitoring.
