The spermatogenesis of Omocestus viridulus in histological levels was studied.Five stages in spermatogenesis of Omocestus viridulus were distinguished and described respectively according to the changes of the shape of spermatocyte and nucleus.The five stages were spermatogonia,primary spermatocyte,second spermatocyte,sperm cell and spermiogenesis.
