Explore on the selection of wind turbine generator in offshore wind farm of Dalian

The selection and arrangement of wind turbine generators are important in the feasibility research of wind farm construction,which has a important influence on the cost and power benefit.Base on the evaluation of wind resource in Dalian and wind turbines' manufacture level at home and abroad,four kinds of turbines were choosed arranged in two referenced sites to predict the theoretical generated energy,Choose the most suitable wind turbine by compareing the technology and economics.Finally No.1 site was determined to be the optimal site for wind turbine arrangement.in which 34 wind turbines with the capacity of 3 MW could be installed by 2 rows and 17 columns,the energy of 262.62 million kWh was generated on-grid each year.
