摘要
At present,calcium phosphate bone cement has been widely used in bone tissue engineering for its excellent biological performances,but it just forms dense blocks after self-setting,with a kind of microporous structure and closed pores,whose pore size and interconnectivity are still far from the best requirements of bone tissue engineering.This study used α-TCP as raw materials and H2O2 as foaming agent,achieved a type of porous calcium phosphate bone cement materials with large aperture and hollow tubes by a method of inserting needles in the molds.Pore diameter reached 900?m,porosity was 50.67%,and flexural strength reached 5.84MPa.Photos of SEM were taken to observe and analyze the microstructure.The results showed that porous calcium phosphate bone cement with ideal pore size and interconnectivity can be fabricated by this method,which may create a new way for the preparation of porous calcium phosphate bone cement for bone tissue engineering.
