Analysis of the Relationship of Administrative Power and Academic Authority under the Perspective of Game Theory——Thinking Based on the "Prisoner's Dilemma" Model

Game theory is the theory to study how to make decisions and the balance of decision-making under the interaction of the main parties of decision-making.With the help of prisoner's dilemma of the classic game model,the article analysed the academic power and the administrative power of the university power structure,explored the contradictions and conflicts from the perspective of the game theory,and analyzed the road that out of the Prisoner's Dilemma from the strengthening of academic management,checks and balances of administrative power,strengthening the coordinating role of principals.
