Exploration of Establish Reference Range for Enzymatic Method Determination Serum Creatinine

Objective To establish reference range for enzymatic method determination serum creatinine.Methods According NCCLS EP9-A,compare the relative bias between enzymatic and Jaffe kinetic method for determination serum creatinine and investigate 156 healthy mans serum creatinine concentration.Results The result of enzymatic method was higher than Jaffe method. The correlation equation Y=1.008X+16.295,r 2=0.999.Enzymatic method reference range was 36.97 μmol/L~92.53 μmol/L.Conclusion Propose to establish reference range for enzymatic methods assay on serum creatinine.
