Qualitative appreciation to Salvia miltiorrhiza of different regions

OBJECTIVE To study the quality of Salvia miltiorrhiza that were gathered in Changqing,Shandong province,to confirm high grade producing area.METHODS The contents of TanshinoneⅡA and Salvianolic acid B in 14 batch Salvia miltiorrhiza which were planted in different topography and soil were determined by HPLC.RESULTS and CONCLUSION Different topography and soil have the influence to the two contents of Salvia miltiorrhiza,it can provides the theory reference for promoting the plant of Salvia miltiorrhiza.
