Increased 68Ga-FAPI Uptake of Nasal Polyp in a Patient With Lung Cancer

68Ga-FAPI is a promising PET agent for tumor imaging. However, some nonneoplastic lesions can also show increased FAPI uptake. We present a case of a patient with left lung squamous cell carcinoma and right clavicle metastasis who showed a nodule in the right nasal cavity with increased tracer uptake on 68Ga-FAPI PET/CT. Final histopathology confirmed it as a polyp in the right nasal cavity.
