摘要
Mixed-halide perovskite nanowires have broad applications in optoelectronics due to their excellent charge transport properties and high mobility. However, traditional preparation methods face challenges in achieving compositional uniformity and structural stability. In this study, we employ a two-step method combining nanoimprinting and liquid-phase anion exchange to fabricate mixed-halide nanowires. The photodetector based on CsCu 2 I x Cl (3-x) nanowires (NWs) exhibits a responsivity of 36.8 mA/W, a high polarization sensitivity of I max /I min = 1.53, and excellent mechanical stability. Finally, encrypted optical communication is realized by integrating encryption algorithms with a dual-beam irradiation mode. This work demonstrates the successful fabrication of mixed-halide nanowires via the two-step method and explores their potential for other optoelectronic applications.
