摘要
A ceramic based heat flux sensor fabricated by screen printing technology was proposed. The Electromotive force(emf) output of the proposed sensor increases linearly with heat flux variation, while the sensitivity of TFHFS shows tiny fluctuation between 0.1225-0.14mv/kW/m2 in 2–58 kW/m2 from 50-800°C. Those indicate that TFHFS we fabricated can be suitable for heat flux sensing.
