Enhanced recovery techniques are used for steady oil production and water control,in which polymer and 3 element composition drive, the polymer-alkali-surfactant drives are the representative techniques for tertiary recovery.Foreign surfactant and high molecular polymer enter into the reservoirs, which can result in more steady O/W emulsion created by produced fluid in crude oil.In conventional demulsifier used in the field, dewatering in crude oil is slow, water content of crude oil and oil content in sewage after dewatering are high, which can not meet the requirements of electric dewatering. On the basis of studying the conditions and mechanism of emulsion formed in polymer displacement,JHW anodic demulsifier is developed by laboratory synthesis.Field test indicates that its dewatering is fast.Oil content in sewage is low, under the condition that JHW is half as conventional demulsifier,it can still meet the requirements of chemical dewatering for field polymer displacement.
