摘要
Elevated H 2 O 2 are early events in acute kidney injury (AKI). d - and l -serine modified poly(amidoamine) ( d -SP and l -SP) were synthesized. d -SP has superior AKI kidney accumulation ability to l -SP. d -SP was used as both a H 2 O 2 probe and an anti-inflammatory drug carrier for AKI theragnostics.
